Introduction

Welcome to my personal weblog. This site was created as an online journal of ideas, opinions, reflections and various other odds and ends. It also happens to be the first I've ever put together and published. Since then, I've created a plethora of blogs, websites and community entities.

As for the content, my true intent is that it be interesting; however, like the blog title - anything goes ... within reason.

Have a Great Day!

"Everyday you make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb."

Scotland @)#F($d Up!

I cringe when I see the reception of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi disboarding Qaddafi's self-appointed aircraft in Libya. What where the Scots thinking? Even if the man does have a "terminal condition", for crying out loud we are all terminal! The fact that this man has this "terminal condition" serves only to justify his cause of turning himself into an anti-west human bomb and taking out more "bonus" lives.

Perhaps, the best thing that could happen next would be for Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi to strap some explosives to his "terminal" self and pay a brief visit to the Scottish Courts.

Oh Well, I give up on this!

"Walk A Mile In My Shoes"

For the 3rd straight year, I participated in the "Walk A Mile In My Shoes" charity event downtown to benefit the local homeless shelter. The way things are going, I may require their services in the very near future. There was a great turnout even though there was some light snow on the ground. Temperatures were in the low to mid thirties.

I actually walked to the destination and then back to the starting location, so it was 2 miles for me. I've done my good deed for the year!

Ann Coulter "Fire Starter"

This new female version of Rush Limbaugh, Howard Stern, Don Imus, etc... seems to have taken the political stage by storm. Is this the voice that recently had it's jaw wired shut?

I am new to this fresh personality on the scene. Is she an exteme conservative or just likes to convey any image to make waves using any approach she can muster? From what I've seen, she has gotten cross-wise with Matt Lauer (NBC's "Today"), as well as most of the panel on "The View".

If she's trying to get attention for her recently published book, her strategy is working. She got mine. I'm not so sure about her tactics though.
